North Athlete 18ft x 11ft Rectangle Trampoline

North Trampoline have been absolutely fantastic to deal with through the entire purchasing process. Their customer service and support is top notch (Thank you, Amy!), ensuring my questions were answered, and that the order was received and shipped in the best way possible. The quality of the trampoline (The Athlete) is similarly fantastic. The thoughtfulness and robustness of the design, fabrication and manufacturing quality, attention to detail, and quality of literature are at a level that is far beyond 99% of the products that you would normally encounter, and it is truly refreshing to have the customer experience that goes along with those positive attributes. The trampoline went together flawlessly, the manual was easy to interpret, and while the materials used are obviously meant to stand the test of time, the supportive warranty provides an extra level of peace of mind. I don't anticipate needing to make another trampoline purchase for quite some time, but if/when that need arises, I would not hesitate to give my business to North Trampoline. Thank you!

Finally, the performance of this trampoline is miles beyond any other sort of backyard trampoline. The effortlessness of bouncing, and the ability to maintain a high bounce with very little input each time you jump is incredible. The jumping experience is nearly silent as well, which is quite enjoyable in contrast to the typical cacophony of squeaking springs, and floppy pads. Overall, this is a fantastic product and a fantastic company, that I would recommend without question.

Jumping on the North Athlete is not like jumping on a trampoline, it's like flying. We were a little skeptical about whether it would be too violent for play in the garden, as we fear that children and young people will injure themselves. We chose to dig it down so that the cloth is level with the lawn around it, which reduces the potential for damage quite a bit. Only positive experiences with jumping on this so far. Young people adapt to the level incredibly quickly and love it. They get a completely different height than on other trampolines in the area, which means that they get much better time in the air to perform their tricks. In addition, the frame and cloth are on a different level than simpler trampolines. Seems rock solid.
