I dont think I have ever received customer service of this level before and it surpassed my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. From the prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries to the efficient resolution of my concerns, they demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that is truly commendable. It's refreshing to encounter a company that values its customers to such an extent. I now want to speak about the trampoline itself. Wow what an exceptional trampoline it is. The quality of the construction along with the impressive bounce is amazing and next level compared to any other trampolines we have had in the past Your dedication to customer service and the quality of your products has not gone unnoticed, and I will not hesitate to recommend your trampolines to friends and family. Plus Colin who came out to assemble the Trampoline was such a nice bloke and had it up and running in just over an hour. Thanks Colin. Amazing customer service. The delivery company messed up my delivery and did not deliver a box of springs. The company came on a Sunday to deliver a separate box of springs to me personally so the trampoline would be ready for my sons birthday party. It is rare that companies these days will go above and beyond for their customers like north trampolines did for me- so thank you!

The trampoline is really great. Very high quality. The children are now very sporty jumpers and are very happy with the trampoline. Definitely highly recommended if it is used a lot and intensively.

The trampoline is cleverly designed and was very easy to set up with the assembly film. In relation to our predecessor trampoline, a 300 Euro Amazon bestseller - a professional device. The kids love it.

Perfect entrance mat. A bit tricky to put together as the metal frame didn't fit perfectly but once we got it together it went smoothly. However, takes a lot of time to put together…

After ordering, delivery was quick and well packaged. Assembly is only possible with two people. Stakes for holding the net are difficult to get into the guide and require patience. Material is completely sufficient for private use in the garden. Overall, the price-performance ratio is great.
